I never leave review but whoever thought about doing the book adaptations, you are brilliant!! That’s honestly what’s getting me hooked!! I love it!

I cant for the life of me turn off your damn forced subtitles. ALL OF THE SETTINGS WITH OFF FOR SUBTITLES AREN'T WORKING. How distracting!! I have to turn off the movie the captions are so freaking distracting. Captions are not turned on anywhere so why are they in your movie? Just your movie. Your app in the TV is also broken for the same movie where subtitles are forced. Lousy viewer experience.

Apparently, Amazon fix this bug issue three days ago, but I beg to differ. Because when I click on a certain show to check out more options on how to pay for just one season of a show, it freezes!!

The design of this app is pathetic. The purchased media is presented in chronological purchase order, which makes it nasty to navigate. Also, the purchases you make may disappear, and Amazon will NOT notify you. They will also not reimburse you. If you’re lucky and very patient, maybe you’ll get a gift card. Just happened to us: after one hour on the phone, we got a gift card for a TV show we purchased in 2022.

Pathetically bad. Watching sports on this app is a joke. Any good review for this trash is probably from a bot. Tubi is free and runs ads so why doesn’t this platform work since you charge and spam ads in the middle of movies? Pathetic.

We pay good price for viewing content. So this shouldn’t be collecting any information other than what’s needed to verify our authorized use.

Pay for prime and packages won’t be delivered and you can watch the same content that’s free everywhere else but with more commercials. Worst movie app out there and a total rip off. There’s multiple free apps with more content and less ads. Don’t bother with prime. Nothing will ever be delivered on time with Amazon.

Live tv is busted. Search is impossible in landscape. Most of the screen is taken up by a random video and the program list is obscured. Changing screen orientation makes that random video take over entirely, whether you want it or not. Looks like designers went back in time and stayed there

Delivered to the wrong address a ridiculous amount of times. I pay $3 to have it delivered the next morning (I have prime) and they never deliver it on time. I would normally not mind if a package is a day or two late but what I do mind is paying extra for quicker delivery and then receiving it at the same rate as regular delivery. Why pay extra for same day delivery when it’s going to be delivered in two days anyways.

The commercials are making the Prime content unwatchable. Just commercial after commercial of bs like prescription drugs. I pay a lot to Amazon to have to sit through more money grabbing commercials. I’d rather they up their subscription prices.

Too many ads and they raised the price of ad-free from $2.99 to $4.99 per month. Even if you get ad free tiers they still forcefully show you ads. Now to make it worse, you can't even do a title search without AI. Bring back a notmal search instead of forcing AI down my throat.

Continue watching is broken, the app is horribly bugged at the moment, and it’s not worth the struggle of trying to watch or continue watching. Deleting app and going strictly to anything but prime video for my streaming needs. Customer service was poor at best. They were no help at all and the last tech attempted to pry sensitive personal device information. Nice try. So much for proper and honest employees.

Please get rid of the AI feature. Most humans are perfectly capable of searching for their movie without the need for AI. This feature is only causing harm to the planet.

You can see the wokes they hired at Amazon those days ain't gettn we less dependent on there subscriptions as they may think. I even understand they wanna have you go add free...but WOW they completely out of control and it's on the point, where you think about unsubscribing...sooo bad they are with on top of it "truly bad" commercials. They like played there thing, then my movie played-Not joking, 1,37 minutes ne the next commercial came up 🙏 like really really desperate over there at Amazon I guess. So my humble opinion, think twice before spending your money on prime and still gettn pumped full with bad commercials 😅

Bring back normal search feature. All these apps want to integrate AI and stray further from straight results. If you search an actor/actess to get movies with them in it, before would generate all movies available featuring him/her. Now you get an actor/actess profile, news, and everything about the actor/actress with a few movie suggestions. No way to expand the list without having a conversation with AI..

The prime platform was so bad to begin with. But it was so nice and appreciated that you got Prime Video for free if you pay for Amazon prime. People get greedy, that sucks. I’m already paying you so much, but please rip me off more to fund your billionaire expenses:) be so for real. Wake up

What a Joke all these Media Apps have gotten. Ads on top of Ads on top of Ads. The Bait and Switch Tactics is why everyone hates Jeff Bezos… Time to cancel Amazon and Amazon Prime….
