No option for canceling an order shortly after placing it.

I love the Shop app... So great & al convenient to help with recommendations, make payments to, and also track my items in such a way that I can see where they are and when they will arrive. I also feel so much more confident knowing my products are safe and that I'm guaranteed receiving them in a timely manner. I also love the option of making payments instead of paying everything upfront... It's great when you are low on funds for a few months. Definitely a 5 🌟 in my book. Thank you!!

The Shop app is easy and convenient. It stores multiple forms of payment, and truly streamlines purchases for sites that utilize it. It is also an easy way to track purchases from multiple sites, including when the items ship and arrive, as well as tracking information. I like when apps make my life easier, and Shop does an excellent job of making things easier.

For some reason gave me the information for a roommate’s order. Roommates are not uncommon, not sure why or how their order showed up in my account.

what's the point? what is this app for? to track orders? you cannot cancel an order, you cannot review a shop, and you can't file a complaint until after thirty days. another app that benefits only the seller. I was forced to download this app because the seller pulled a bait and switch and switched the item I ordered to another. a platform full of scammers!

This is not what I ordered totally different company scam.

The app developers that suggested the newest iteration need to be let go. The app is awful now in so many ways. Give us the option for a normal search engine with tabs and buttons to sort through to find what we are looking for. It takes 2-5x longer typing out a prompt to search for something and sort the results, and then still have to sift through only to layer find a better option but have already placed an order. This is the dumbest forced usage of AI out of all the apps I have so far.

I never received my order, am I still going to get it

Didn't like having to use this to order from individual spots at first, but it does make things a lot more convenient when the different brands I like are all in the same place now. On top of that, they offer other brands that may interest you, n if not they have most everything you might search for on there. I just got some Cove shorts they recommended n I love em. maybe wouldn't have found em had I not had the app 🤷🏻‍♂️

It takes FOREVER to get your order!

Scam prone: the app does not prevent random people from sending you receipts for things you didn't order. The receipt lists a large suml, and phone number to call. No doubt calling results in the perp taking your credit card number so they can "reverse the charges" for a fake purchase. Shopify, as an e-commerce site, should better protect it's patrons. There's a new scam notification every time I open the app. ETA: My Shopify is not connected/scaring my email, so it's direct through the app.

Jersey is great quality, I wish it didn’t take as long to get here but worth the wait.

Lots of issues. The main feed where featured deals are shown no longer scrolls smoothly. Instead, the scroll jumps and skips in screen segments. Order and shipment tracking is abysmal. The steps to archive an order or shipment are inconsistent, and the tracking often shows two separate trackers for a single item. There is no way to search order history. Finally, the checkout button no longer works.

It used to be almost reliable, but now I get 3 notifications; Your order was placed, your item has shipped (with zero updates until it's delivered, you have to actively find where it's at- which was the point of using the app), then your item is delivered, sometimes up to 2 weeks after the fact. I've literally held the item in my hand before and got an update saying it was moving through the network. I'm not sure what was broken, but something was undeniably broken...

I was forced to download this app to track a package. Nothing but ads and just another worthless shopping app. Worst part. They didn't even have the tracking information for the package I was there to track. Absolute waste of time and infuriating to be bombarded with ads when simply trying to track a package. I will now avoid retailers that use this app!

I love the necklace! The packaging was excellent, and they even included a polishing kit with my order. As a first-time buyer from this website, I am very impressed and will definitely be a regular customer.

This app is actual dogwater. Can't track order without signing in, that's scummy behavior on its own. But then, if you actually try to create an account...? "Error" but if you somehow do manage to sign in?? Tracking? what tracking? it's just gone! there's no menu or button for it! This app is a living nightmare of data collection and being screwed.
